Convento San Giuseppe is a building of great historical and artistic interest that lends itself to the organisation of small to medium congresses and conferences which require a unique, comfortable location.

Thanks to the variety of environments available, both indoors and outdoors, the equipment and furnishings at your disposal, as well as our experience and know-how, we can create the perfect setting for any event you desire.

The flexibility of our organisation means that we can work together with you for maximum efficiency to provide the necessary support to satisfy the demands of the event, directly or indirectly, through our numerous partners.

There are 8 hospitality areas available ready to be transformed at your will.

To the right of the Welcome Area there are the larger hospitality rooms, Sala del Grano and Sala dei Cavalli. These rooms can host up to 400 guests and are connected to another two rooms, Sala delle Olive and Sala della Musica, on one side and on the other La Capella and Sala degli Attrezzi.

All the rooms can be used for meetings, fashion shows, exhibitions or presentations of various products, or they can be turned into convivial rooms for about 430 guests.

To the left the Giardino degli Scolopi is an outdoor reception area which leads to the smaller rooms;

It can host up to 150 guests for refreshments and buffet lunches or can be used as a break area during workshops, for a coffee or more informal meetings.

The smaller rooms, Sala delgli Archi and Sala dell'Uva, are ideal for small work groups of up to 120 people or for support equipment.

All the rooms are equipped with microphones, loud speaker systems and air conditioning.

The outdoor areas are often used to receive guests during the welcome cocktail and coffee breaks
or to provide an enchanting frame for shows, plays and folk events.

Our client portfolio includes banks, for the presentation on new financial products, large food producers, for product tasting, as well as pharmaceutical and automobile houses.

The Convento is the ideal stage for conferences which require special locations, but also for large dance and folk performances.
