The collaboration of the restaurant staff and the guests who reserved
the memory of the great family receptions, the indications of the
grandmothers, of mothers and of all mistress of the house that
have handed over their secrets and precious recipes have gone step
by step to enrich our vast list of the dishes. The harmony among
the brilliant cooks and the family traditions that have donated
the variety to our cuisine give live to “conventual style” made
of excellent roasts and of house made pastas, that ancient instant
that bond the history with the actual lines of modern food culture.

In this way our
menu spreads from the classical and traditional
solutions of the wedding lunches to the Cocktails
in garden illuminated by torches and furnished
with the incomparable rose on every table.
The hospitality principles are very similar for the main part
of the newly-married, but we like to modify, integrate and
reorganize every time our proposals and to invent original
projects to offer new values of efficiency associated with
passion for the traditions.
