- Hall of Grape dated back to 1650
Its name testifies the way it was utilised during the centuries. Together with the Hall of Arches it is sited in the left side of the Convent and it was the space used for production and preservation of the wine. This Hall is characterised by rose-coloured walls faced with masonry.

All the halls are equipped with sound and voice spread system.
